      Can INetAlertView support multiple cameras?
           * Yes. INetAlertView can support upto 10 video inputs on one computer.
           It is possible to switch between them either remotely (using INetAlertView Remote)
            or locally using the Select Camera button on the
.
     
      How can I see mulitple cameras at the same times?
           * Currently, you can only do this by doing multiple installations of
            INAV Home on the same computer into different directories and naming the
            directories something different such as:
            Program Files Home
            Program Files Home2
            Program Files Home3
            ...and so on.
            You then select different cams on each running instance of INAV Home.
            To access these simultaneously at a remote location you must have them each broadcast
            on a different port (8080, 8081, 8082, etc..)
     
      Why doesn't the video display or why did it quit displaying?
           * The video driver could be locked. Uninstall and re-install video driver
            of webcam for video capture card.
           * Select a different format size from the

           * Make sure camera is plugged in or video capture card is seated correctly.
           * Make sure that the most current driver is installed for the camera or video
            capture card that is being used.
           * Make sure that another program is not currently using the selected cam's video driver.

      Why does INetAlertView no longer start after changing a setting?
           * Remove the file INAVHome.ini from program directory and run it again and try to
            determine the setting change that caused the problem. Report this setting
            change to support@clearvisionsoftware.com.
           * Try changing the recording video compressor back to the default (Microsoft Video 1).

      Why do I get the message "Cannot connect to the selected video driver" when turning on cam?
           * Try selecting "Camera Selection" on the
and re-select the video driver.
           * Make sure that there are no other video programs running that are using that driver.
           * Close INetAlertView and try again.
           * Uninstall and re-install video driver for the cam (or video capture card) and try again.
           * Reboot computer and try again.

      Why is the play back of the recorded video too fast or too slow?
           * You need to adjust the Frames Per Second(FPS) speed on the

            to match your camera FPS speed (check owners manual for camera).
            Make this number lower to slow it down, raise number to speed it up.
     
      Why is the play back of the recorded video fuzzy or blurry?
           * You need to adust the Quality setting higher on the
