Evaluation License
REFUND POLICY
Our policy is NOT to issue refunds after your registration license code has been e-mailed.
If you make a payment and want a refund please request it before you receive the registration
license code. Also take advantage of the evaluation version to make sure that this software
meets your needs and works fine with your computer.
INETALERTVIEW VERSION 1 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal Agreement between you (either a single individual or an entitiy,
herein referred to as Lecensee) and ClearVision Software (herein after referred to as Licensor). By installing, copying, or
otherwise using the Software (herein after referred to as Product), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement.
ClearVision Software EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. T HE PRODUCT IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD
2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
2.1 You may use the accompanying Product free of charge for a period of 14 days for the sole purpose of
evaluating the Product. If, after 14 days, you wish to continue using this Product, you are required to purchase it.
In other case, you are required to remove this Product, in its entirety, from all computers on which it is installed.
2.2 You shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer
the Product except as provided in this Agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this Agreement.
2.3 You may transfer and distribute the Product in its unmodified form via electronic means to another person so
long as their use of the Product will be strictly for the purpose of evaluation. You must distribute a copy of this EULA
with any copy of the Product and anyone to whom you distribute the Product is subject to this EULA.
2.4 You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations for copies of the Product, distributing the
Product with any other products without Licensors prior written permission.
2.5 Commercial Registered Copy. To register your copy, you should visit http://www.ClearVisionSoftware.com and follow the
instructions. After you have purchased the license for Product, and have received the serial number enabling the commercial
registered copy, you are licensed to copy the Product only into the memory of the number of computers corresponding
to the number of licenses purchased. Under no other circumstances may the Product be operated at the same time on
more than the number of computers for which you have paid a separate license fee. You may not duplicate the
Product in whole or in part, except that you may make one copy of the Product for backup or archival purposes. You
may terminate this license at any time by destroying the original and all copies of the Product in whatever form. You
may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA provided you transfer all copies of the Product (including
copies of all prior versions if the Product is an upgrade) and retain none, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this
EULA.
3. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILTIY
The Licensor hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to the Product, whether expressed or implied,
including without limitation of any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particluar purpose. The
Licensee must assume the entire risk of using the Product.
ClearVision Software may provide you with support services related to the Product.
