INetAlertView no longer has to use a third party client program to
do it.
This is useful for getting live and recorded videos remotely, more
easily.
- Added buttons to test
broadcast video on Broadcast settings tab.
Clicking these buttons will open the default web browser and display
the live video as it would appear at a remote location.

Simply press F1 with the settings tabs displayed and the corresponding
